Former Chicago Bear sued after his dog allegedly bites woman

A former Chicago Bear’s running back, Cedric Benson, has been sued after a woman claimed that his dog attacked her and caused injury to her right breast.

The incident occurred in October 2009 when the woman was visiting Benson’s home. The dog, said to be a Rottweiler, allegedly attacked the woman unprovoked.

The woman was putting on her shoes when the dog bit her right breast and caused her injury. The lawsuit is seeking $30,000 in damages.
